ABOUT THE ROLE

We are now recruiting a Trade Qualified Painter with experience managing a team and the daily running of a Paint Shop, to join our team as the Paint Performance Manager. This is a rare opening at our Banyo site, who have a great team culture!

The main duties include:

• Ensuring high quality workmanship in accordance with Repairhub standards.
• Leading and mentoring a highly skilled team to achieve and maintain required daily targets. 
• Manage appropriate use of material and equipment & ensuring safe working practices

WHAT YOU WILL NEED  

• Be trade qualified as an Automotive Spray Painter or have adequate industry experience of 5+ years.
• Experience managing and mentoring a team to achieve results is preferable
• Appropriate Australian working rights
