Panel Beater

Responsibilities:

• Inspect damaged vehicles to assess the extent of repairs needed.
  
• Remove, repair, or replace damaged panels, alignment, and fitment.
  
• Use hand and power tools to straighten, file, grind, and sand vehicle surfaces.
  
• Weld, grind, and smooth surfaces to restore the original shape of panels.
  
• Apply body filler to repair dents and scratches, then sanding for a smooth finish.
  
• Reassemble vehicles and ensure all parts are functioning properly.
  
• Work with paint technicians to prepare vehicles for refinishing.
  
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  
• Maintain records of work completed and ensure timelines are me
