Paralegal - Family Law - Join a Market Leader

We're hiring an experienced Paralegal to support high level clients at one of Sydney's top Boutique Family Law Firms. If you have prior experience and a genuine passion for Family Law, along with being driven, detail-oriented, and eager to excel, we want to hear from you! This is a full-time role, so complete availability is essential. While primarily focused on paralegal duties, the role also encompasses tasks typically associated with legal assistants, requiring a well-rounded skill set. • Providing legal assistance to a Partner
• Legal research
• Full carriage of files – opening and closing
• Supporting the drafting of legal documents under the supervision of partners
• Corrections and formatting of all correspondence
• Management of diary and calendar schedules
• Facilitating communication with clients, barristers, and fellow solicitors
• Managing schedules and appointments
• Organizing and maintaining files
• Ample opportunities for engaging in legal work
• High pace work

WHAT'S NEEDED

• Strong previous experience as a Paralegal/Legal Secretary is paramount
• Ability to work full time hours – Monday to Friday is imperative
• Strong confidentiality and privacy – you will be dealing with high-net-worth clients and notable public figures
• Extremely well-polished personal grooming with strong business acumen and high emotional intelligence
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Proactive nature and a knack for fostering strong client relationships
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal software a strong typing speed of approximately 65 words per minute
• Full Working rights and availability
• We're seeking candidates with a genuine desire to develop their skills as paralegals; we're not looking for individuals aiming to become lawyers right away.
