About the Company
Our client provides highly personalised 360-degree financial advice to their clients to help them achieve true success in all financial matters throughout the changes and challenges of their lives. They are currently looking to add to their already successful team, by engaging a full-time Paraplanner.

Skills and Experience:
  • Over 2 years of experience as a paraplanner in a Financial Planning practice, with a deep understanding of financial planning strategies and SoA structures, document templates and relevant technical information
  • Proven ability to work independently, producing high-quality SoA’s and RoA’s with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge and proficiency in financial planning software, particularly XPlan, and adept at collating and maintaining technical information in relation to strategies and projections
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong attention to detail and effective prioritisation of workflow.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist financial advisors in preparing detailed and personalised financial plans and recommendations for clients, ensuring thorough analysis and accurate projections.
  • Liaise with clients to gather necessary information, respond to inquiries promptly, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the financial planning process.
  • Ensure all advice and recommendations comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards, maintaining the highest level of professional integrity.
  • Attend and support client meetings, taking comprehensive notes, addressing client concerns and facilitating clear communication.
  • Collaborate with the financial planning team to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of financial advice and client service delivery.
