Job Description

Position: Parks and Garden - Labourer
Location: North of the River jobs.
Pay rates: $38 - $42 per hour +super

Looking for your next opportunity working in the great outdoors? We have ongoing roles with local government for enthusiastic and experienced Parks and Garden Labourers. In return you will get the best rates, ongoing work, a great working culture and more!

Range of maintenance, gardening, turf management, spray and irrigation assignments.
Weekly Pay
Ongoing roles for local governments

About the Role:

Maintaining local parks, ovals, recreational areas, verges, and land.
Gardening - planting, removing, mulching, mowing, and edging.
Weed control, median spraying, broadacre spray, and spraying of firebreaks
Operating equipment - trimmers, blowers, hedgers, tractors, brush cutters, blowers, and vans.
Operating irrigation systems, repair and fault finding.
General maintenance tasks.

Essential Criteria

Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role.
Australian Driving License (MR/HR Preferred)
National Police Clearance within the last 12 months.
White Card
Traffic Management ticket (advantageous)
Basic Traffic Management and Traffic Control Certificate
Chainsaw ticket (advantageous)
Qualification in Horticulture (advantageous)
