Your New Role:

You will join the heart of the business, in their buzzing Homebush-based contact centre. Some key responsibilities will include:

  • Being a first point of contact for members, across inbound; outbound; live-chat; email; and social media communications
  • Troubleshoot, educate and answer all queries for members in a positive and knowledgeable manner
  • Work towards contact centre KPI's to ensure achievement of organisational and individual goals
  • Comply will all associated risk and regulatory policies to ensure the safety of the customers and the bank.




What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Previous contact centre or customer service experience
  • Full working rights and the ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week out of Homebush
  • Ability to commit to full-time in-office training from June 10th for up to four weeks before moving to a flexible roster
  • Outstanding communication with a 'member first' approach
  • Studying finance, business, economics, or an associated degree is preferred.
