What does this role involve?

As a Member Service Attendant, you are the first point of contact for our guests and valued rewards members, providing a memorable guest service experience. You will be responsible for managing queries and sign-ups to our Federal Rewards Member loyalty program, participate in the running of on-property promotions and accurately maintain member information. Additionally, you will provide assistance in the Electronic Gaming areas as needed and any other support duties as required to ensure a positive guest experience.

• Be a confident and clear communicator including making announcements on in house microphone

• Have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts (day and night) across seven days of the week
• Have completed an approved Responsible Conduct of Gambling course (or be able to obtain at own cost prior to commencing work)
• To be of legal age (18 years) and hold a current Special Employee (Casino Operative) Licence under the Gaming Control Act 1993 (Tas), which includes a national police check (or be able to obtain at your own cost prior to commencing work)
