ABOUT THE ROLE


 


This role supports the growth of Australian Rules football by implementing and delivering AFL programs to maximise participation at Community Football, NAB AFL Auskick, NAB Superkick and AFL NINES across Greater Sydney. This role ensures best in-class program delivery and a high-quality customer experience across all football and fan engagement initiatives.


 


 


A DAY IN THE LIFE OF


 



  • Support junior clubs and Auskick/Superkick centres with recruitment, volunteers, coaching, protocols, promotion, and venue hire.

  • Drive program bookings to achieve aspirational growth targets.

  • Deliver and run a variety of AFL programs in school or after-school settings, including school curriculum-linked programs, Auskick, Superkick, all-abilities programs and others.

  • Conduct promotional activities to meet participant target such as school assemblies and other engagement initiatives.

  • Ensure each program is delivered in line with the program curriculum and that all participants can engage in a safe, friendly and fun environment.

  • Liaise with teachers, schools and other program stakeholders to support program delivery and engagement.

  • Facilitate AFL player visits and fan engagement activities.

  • Support and contribute to the success of the broader team.
