What you'll be doing

As our Partner Success Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our accounting partners' long-term success. You'll craft tailored success plans, build meaningful relationships, and help partners unlock the full potential of Figured's platform.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Creating and executing strategic partner success plans that drive growth and adoption
• Building strong relationships with practice managers and key stakeholders
• Leading onboarding and training programs to maximize partner competency
• Monitoring partner health and identifying opportunities for expansion
• Collaborating with our marketing, customer success, and product teams
• Turning successful pilot programs into powerful advocacy stories

What we're looking for

Essential requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least 2 years of experience in agri-business or agri-finance
• Hands-on experience in the agricultural sector
• Experience with SaaS/cloud software, particularly supporting agri-finances
• Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starting attitude
• Proven track record in client relationship management
