Partnerships & Campaign Marketing Manager
Sydney CBD | Hybrid (2 days in office)
We’re partnering with a fast-growing fintech and rewards business looking to hire a Partnerships & Campaign Marketing Manager to join their growth team.
This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who enjoys building strategic partnerships, bringing campaigns to life and driving member engagement through content-led marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with internal teams, enterprise partners and external brands to deliver integrated campaigns that create real commercial impact.

• Planning and executing integrated partnership and marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Leading quarterly campaign planning with strategic partners
• Building content-led cross-sell and upsell campaigns to drive member engagement
• Supporting the onboarding and growth of new brand partnerships
• Coordinating campaign delivery, approvals and stakeholder communication
• Managing campaign assets and collateral with internal creative teams
• Working closely with product, engineering and operations teams on campaign launches and technical implementations
• Optimising rewards placements, promotional opportunities and featured campaigns
• Supporting competitions, promotions and member engagement initiatives
• Analysing campaign performance and turning insights into actionable recommendations
• Leading business reviews and campaign retrospectives with partners and stakeholders
• 5–10 years’ experience across partnership marketing, growth marketing, campaign management or lifecycle marketing
• Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management capability
• Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Braze
• Strong communication and copywriting skills
• Highly organised with strong project management capability
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
• Ability to manage multiple moving priorities with high attention to detail
• Experience working cross-functionally with creative, product, engineering and operations teams
• Experience within fintech, loyalty, rewards or financial services businesses
• Exposure to app-based engagement or lifecycle marketing
• Experience managing competitions, promotions or partner-led campaigns
• Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment
• Broad exposure across partnerships, growth, campaigns and member engagement
• Strong ownership and autonomy
• Collaborative and fast-paced team environment
• Hybrid flexibility with offices in Circular Quay
