About The Role

We’re looking for an Affiliate Partnerships Manager to lead the growth of our affiliate program in UGC (User-Generated Content). In this role, you’ll own the full lifecycle of affiliate partnerships - from identifying and recruiting mod authors and creators, to negotiating deals, onboarding partners, and scaling their success.

Your mission is to make Shockbyte the #1 choice for modded and modpack hosting by building a thriving affiliate ecosystem. You’ll create measurable impact by driving new customers, expanding affiliate reach, and generating revenue through long-term, trusted partnerships.

Your Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or business development.
• Experience with outreach and prospecting, including engaging partners, influencers, or affiliates.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage creators and communities.
• Negotiation skills and confidence structuring and managing partnership agreements.
• Ability to track and analyse affiliate performance data (traffic, conversions, revenue).
• Organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple partnerships at once.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms for outreach and pipeline management.
