Parts Salesperson/ Interpreter Burwood - VIC

We are now seeking a highly experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Parts Salesperson/ Interpreter to join the  Parts team in Burwood . 

What the roles entails:

Liaise with customers to assist with Parts and Accessories enquiries

Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts

Use of online Manufacturer’s portal to locate and source parts

Processing quotes and orders for customers through the DMS system (AutoIT) 

Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high-level standard of customer service

What we are looking for:

Ability to work within a team while showing individual strength and ability

Ability to learn quickly and get the job done

Great reliability and honesty with good attendance record

Excellent time management

Ability to operate under pressure and flexibility adapt as circumstances change 

High level of attention to detail and quality

Genuine interest in Automotive industry

Experience in the following Franchises is highly regarded but not essential: Audi, Hyundai, Isuzu Ute, Mazda, Suzuki, Volkswagen
