Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our global network of on-demand fertility professionals. In this hybrid role, you will serve as the key point of contact for patients throughout their fertility treatment journeys. You will assist with both virtual consultations and in-person support, ensuring a seamless experience for patients as they navigate their reproductive health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Support: Provide exceptional care to patients by offering guidance, answering questions, and addressing concerns throughout their treatment cycles.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and communication between patients and clinic staff.
• Remote: Assist with virtual consultations and provide ongoing support for patients via telemedicine.
• On-Site: Support patients during their visits, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable during fertility procedures.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
• Patient Education: Educate patients on fertility treatments, processes, and available resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends in fertility care and share valuable insights with the clinic team to improve the patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a patient care or coordination role, preferably in a healthcare or fertility setting.
• Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.
• Ability to work remotely and on-site as needed.
• A background in healthcare, nursing, or a related field is a plus.
