Patisserie Attendant

About the position 
Our Wests New Lambton site is currently seeking a Part Time Cafe Attendant to join our Catering team. This Part Time opportunity is responsible and key to our Patisserie and the Emporium located in our food court. Duties will include:

• Making barista coffee and hot beverages
• Preparing cooking and serving food
• Cleaning of all work area 
• Set up and pack down of work stations
• Disposal of waste products 

This position will require availability for split shifts for lunch and dinner service. Availability for work on Friday nights, weekends and good availability through the week is a must.

This position as been identified as a traineeship opportunity. Complete formalised training to gain a Certificate III in Hospitality, a nationally recognised qualification.

About you  
You are someone who can work under pressure while at all times ensuring that our current high standards are met. With good availability throughout the week and weekends, previous experience in a similar café operations or the likes of Fast Food Chains is desirable. Along with good work ethics, you will have the ability to work in a large team environment.
