The Access Group Recruitment are the go-to agency for our clients and payroll professionals looking for contract or permanent positions.
  
An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Payroll professional to join this established organisation full time contract role in CBD working onsite every day. We are looking for a motivated individual to commence immediately.
  
About the Position
This position will suit someone with an excellent ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and involves intricate management of payroll operations.
  
Specific responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with payroll processing with acute attention to detail
  • Facilitate new employee setup on systems and maintain internal records
  • Process salary sacrifice arrangements as necessary
  • Perform monthly, quarterly and annual calculations for salary, superannuation and leave provisions
About You
Suitable candidates will have a combination of the following experience and skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel)
Experience in Payroll positions
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and meet deadlines
Excellent ability to liaise with stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Experience with Access MicrOpay payroll software is a must
