About the Role  

As an Administrative & Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible in providing operational support and processing fortnightly payroll. Responsibilities include managing HR and general administrative tasks such as document drafting, and enhancing administrative systems. Additionally, ensure accurate payroll processing, comply with legal requirements, and support software transitions. Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this dynamic role. 

 

Key Responsibilities include:  

  • Payroll Management: Process fortnightly award covered payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. 
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support for both HR and Contracts administration at Fiveight. Tasks include drafting, organising, and facilitating the execution of various contracts such as employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, consultant agreements, tender documentation, and other contractual documents.  
  •  Compliance and Reporting: Prepare and submit payroll-related report as required and Ensure compliance with all federal, state legislation and regulation including payroll tax requirements. 

 

About you

  • Interpersonal Skills: You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you enjoy working in a team environment and can balance the needs and prioritise across multiple stakeholders. 
  • Organisational Skills: You have a passion for developing, improving and automating organisational and administrative processes and attention to detail is important to you.  
  •  Experience: Your previous experience in a payroll and HR administrative role is desirable but a willingness to grow and learn is essential. A Certificate IV in Payroll administration will be highly regarded.
