About BlueRock On Demand

BlueRock On Demand is all about providing a seamless end to end payroll experience for our small fantastic clients. Gone are the days of the shoebox, our team of tech heroes are pioneers in extra automation features so we can spend more time helping our clients and less time sorting through timesheets.

This energetic and fun team is always on the lookout for forward-thinking professionals with a passion for tech and problem solving.

About the role

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be a key player in supporting our BlueRock employees. We are open to this role being full or part time.

• Complete end-to-end payroll including superannuation and other payroll admin.
• Help to lead and inspire our dynamic payroll team to deliver accurate, timely results while driving process improvements and fostering a positive team culture.
• Liaise with our wonderful clients with the support of the broader On Demand team.
• Ensuring all payroll processes are efficient and compliant. We’re always looking for ways to improve!
• Working daily with our payroll system, Employment Hero!

We want to hear from people who:

• Experience with Employment Hero is required
• Have basic to intermediate IT and Microsoft Suite skills. 
• Have any payroll courses or certifications are a bonus - university accredited courses not required.
• Have permanent working rights in Australia – this is a permanent ongoing role.
