Join us as a 3 day a week Part Time, Payroll Officer, supporting HR and our finance team, where your attention to detail helps empower the people who make change happen every day.

What You’ll Do:

• End-to-end payroll processing (weekly)
• Maintain employee records and entitlements
• Ensure compliance with Fair Work, taxation, and superannuation laws
• Process new starters, terminations, and leave management
• Collaborate with HR and Finance for audits, reporting, and reconciliations

• Knowledge of SCHADS Awards desired
• End-to-end payroll processing (weekly/fortnightly cycles)

• Maintain employee records and entitlements
• Ensure compliance with Fair Work, taxation, and superannuation laws
• Process new starters, terminations, and leave management
• Collaborate with HR and Finance for audits, reporting, and reconciliations
