$52.49 to $56.29  Hourly + up to 13% super

Your responsibilities will include:


 



  • Keeping our Payroll HUB page fresh, accurate, and up to date — you’ll be the guardian of great information.

  • Reading, interpreting, and transforming payroll data into clear, human‑friendly articles and comms (your future fans await).

  • Gathering and analysing info to help shape our payroll reporting (data lovers, this is your moment).

  • Checking, validating, and cross‑checking payroll system data to make sure everything is spot‑on.

  • Supporting our Payroll Team Leader and the wider team with admin and payroll tasks — teamwork makes the dream work.


 


 


Skills and experience:


 



  • Strong admin skills and the ability to juggle tasks without dropping the ball.

  • A background in payroll or foundational payroll know‑how.

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (bonus points — we love it if you do too).

  • A laser‑sharp eye for detail and the ability to turn complex data into clear messages.

  • The ability to hit the ground running in a dynamic, high‑volume environment.
