Payroll Officer | Eight Mile Plains location | $80,000 - $90,000 + Super Your new company
This national service-based company, which is the leader in their field, is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their high-performing payroll team on a full-time permanent basis. The role will be based in their Brisbane offices, which are located in Eight Mile Plains with on-site car parking.
Your new role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Employee file maintenance

Weekly payroll processing

Processing holiday / sick pay

Payroll calculations

Award interpretation

Handling payroll queries via phone and email

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

Previous payroll experience within a medium to larger sized company

Previous experience with award interpretation

Ability to work in a high-volume environment

Excellent communication skills

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
