Position Overview:
My client are now seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join them on a 6 month contract, with a strong potential to go permanent. As a vital member of the payroll department, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and timely for all employees using Chris21 software.
• Verify timekeeping records and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Calculate wages, deductions, and taxes, ensuring accuracy at all times.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as required.
• Address any payroll-related inquiries or issues from employees promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all payroll data.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Chris21 payroll software is strongly desired.
• Strong understanding of payroll principles, practices, and legislation.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
