About the role

Operating with a team environment and reporting into the Payroll manager, this role will see you processing complex end to end payroll. This role would be suitable for an individual who is attentive and drive to succeed as well as:

Duties:

• Perform end to end Payroll
• Process Leave Calculations, Long Service, maternity and parental leave.
• Demonstrate strong payroll system knowledge
• Interpret complex EBA's and Awards
• Undertake Terminations & Redundancies
• Demonstrate strong customer service to the highest level
• Adhere to all payroll related queries and manage the payroll query inbox

Skills and Experience:

• Experience using Chris21 or Ichris is essential
• Perform full function payroll
• Strong understanding of EBA's & Awards
• Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
• Proven ability to develop effective partnerships to proactively find solutions and efficiencies in processes
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and develop workplans to achieve deadlines
• Ability to work well within a team environment
