Job Details:
- 6 Month Contract
- Full-time role with hybrid working arrangements
- Located at either Brisbane or Perth, based in the CBD

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and process guidance to employee data and payroll services team members
- Lead and contribute to the on-time delivery of day-to-day payroll and local regulatory compliance activities
- Drive and monitor compliance with company policies, internal control standards and regulatory requirements
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to lead the resolution of complex payroll and/or employee data queries, including the delivery of ad hoc business requirements
- Identify, lead, and assist with the implementation of continuous improvement opportunities
Job Requirements:
- Must have minimum 5+ years of Australian payroll experience
- Knowledge of SAP is mandatory within a payroll environment of at least 1000+ employees
- Resilience, versatility and the ability to thrive in a continuous improvement culture
- A team player having excellent interpersonal skills and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a valid Police Clearance check and Full Work Rights to work in Australia.
