Job Description - Payroll Specialist - Audit

We have an urgent and immediate requirement for an experienced Payroll expert to join a national business to assist with an audit. This role will be based in Western Sydney, with parking on site and flexibility to WFH 2 days per week.

Your duties include;

Reviewing real employee pays against their contractual agreement
Reconcile Payroll General Ledger Accounts
Payment of taxes (payroll & PAYG), workers compensation premiums, workers compensation FTE & wage declarations, income protection insurance premiums & superannuation contributions (quarterly) and novated lease payments.
Maintenance of all biographical information and ensuring the strictest confidentiality is exercised

To be successful you will;

End to end payroll processing experience
Preferable previous exposure to ADP Payforce
Computer literate – knowledge of Microsoft Office required, proficient in Excel
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstration of strong communication skill, written and verbal
