PEOPLE AND CULTURE GENERALIST

The People and Culture team have an opportunity for a People and Culture Generalist with strong data and analysis skills to join our team.

Reporting to the Head of HR & Admin Australia and China, this person will bring their knowledge of HR regulation and legislation to provide a strong data-drive focus.

THE ROLE

• Review & analysis of all aspects of data relating to all aspects of HR execution and planning, including workforce planning, remuneration and employee efficiency / KPI’s.
• In keeping with legal frameworks manage a wide range of employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, and performance management.
• Contribute to key HR activities including recruitment, on-boarding, remuneration and succession planning and engagement,
• Support Workforce planning and organisational design across the company.
• Contribute to key HR projects, including competency project and performance management.
• Provide P&C support to the business area you support, by partnering with the business leaders

About you

• 2-3 years in a generalist / HR Business Partnering role

• Proven track record of proving data and analysis relating to HR matters to the business and making the analysis meaningful
• Proactive, solutions focused and flexible approach.
• Knowledge or experience in Ecommerce is beneficial
