• Certified Pega Lead System Architect (LSA).
• 10+ years of IT experience with n-tier, database, and client-server design/development.
• 6+ years of experience in the design and implementation of PRPC-based solutions, including leadership roles.
• 3+ years of experience with the Pega Smart Dispute Framework, including understanding of dispute flows and OOTB features & capabilities.
• Experience with new Pega capabilities, preferably version 8.x.
• Strong experience in scoping, planning, and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles.
• Expertise in API integration with SAP and .NET applications.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and container management technologies.
• Experience with Pega Government Framework is a plus.
• Australian Citizen/Australian PR/ Full work rights to work in Australia
