Pega System Architect

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.


• Pega SSA Certification is mandatory.


• Strong experience with Pega 8.x, Case Management, BPM, and Decisioning.


• Expertise in integrations (REST/SOAP), security, and performance tuning.


• Experience designing scalable enterprise applications.


• Strong knowledge of Pega best practices, guardrails, and DevOps.


• Banking or financial services experience is highly desirable.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
