Your New Opportunity
The People & Culture Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and project support to the People and Culture team, with a focus on building a positive workplace.

You will be someone who thrives on process and organisation across the employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement through to offboarding.

You will also have the opportunity to influence a number of projects within the team, adding value to our employer brand, and exposure to ER, IR related issues to support your career growth.
 

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage employee databases, systems and employee processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, performance and salary reviews etc.
  • Updating internal HRIS and global P&C systems and notifying changes to Payroll where relevant
  • Actively participate in improvements to P&C administration processes
  • Support change management initiatives within the P&C team
  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Contribute and assist in the development of L&D initiatives
  • Respond to Head Office team enquiries in relation to employee process, policies and entitlements where appropriate
  • Provide other People & Culture support, including social initiatives, reporting and general administration
  • Assist P&C team and hiring managers with recruitment as requested
     

About You

  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar HR administrative role working in Retail or similar industry
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll or similar systems
  • Organised with high levels of attention to detail
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work in a confidential manner with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
