• What You’ll Do


• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, contracts, movements and exits


• Provide timely, practical advice to employees and leaders through the People Advice Centre (PAC)


• Manage HR cases via the ticketing system, ensuring strong service delivery and SLA performance


• Support employee relations matters and organisational change activities


• Contribute to knowledge articles, FAQs and self-service content across SharePoint and People Assist


• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce repeat queries and enhance the employee experience

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in a HR, People & Culture or shared services environment


• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced setting


• Experience using HRIS platforms (ideally SuccessFactors) and ticketing systems such as Salesforce


• A customer-first mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach


• Exposure to employee relations or organisational change processes
