You’ll be right in the action, partnering with leaders to bring strategy to life through smart, practical, people-first solutions. Think trusted advisor, coach, problem-solver, and culture champion all rolled into one.

• Teaming up with leaders to turn business strategy into real-world outcomes 
• Being the go-to guru for Enterprise Agreement interpretation you’ll make the complex feel simple 
• Coaching leaders through performance conversations, tricky situations, and everything in between 
• Driving talent, development, and growth because great people deserve great careers  
• Supporting engaging learning and development initiatives that actually stick 
• Handling day-to-day people matters with confidence, empathy, and a solution mindset  
• Finding smarter, better ways to do things
   

What we are looking for 

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent is required
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a human resource/employee relations position required, preferably within Maintenance/Industrial or Construction Industry
• Experience in interpreting and applying a variety of Enterprise Agreements
• Assisting or negotiating Enterprise Agreements
• Communicating with Union Organisers
• Experience in conducting workplace investigations and applying correct due process
