This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join an established organisation dedicated to providing excellent client and resident experience in the aged care sector.
As a leader in the Aged Care Sector, Regis is transforming, scaling up and growing strategically to support the changing demands of the Aged Care landscape. Our People & Culture Business Partner team work closely with operation leaders and the People and Culture team to drive workforce engagement, productivity and best practice outcomes. This is a great opportunity to align your own values and establish positive working relationships with your stakeholders across a number of homes in WA, providing impactful support and guidance on people issues.
