People & Culture Generalist (Parental Leave Cover, 12-month contract)

FIN VFX is looking for a People & Culture Generalist to join our studio team on a 12-month parental leave cover.

This is a hands-on generalist role sitting at the heart of our people operations. You will be supporting everything from onboarding and HR admin to employee experience, compliance, and day-to-day P&C queries. You'll work closely with our HR Manager and studio leadership to keep our people function running smoothly during a period of exciting growth.

You'll be someone who's comfortable rolling up their sleeves, genuinely enjoys the variety that comes with a true generalist role, and thrives in a fast-moving, creative environment. Experience in the screen, media, or entertainment industries is a plus, but a love of great work and great people matters more.
