We’re seeking a dynamic People & Performance Business Partner for a 12-month parental leave contract to join our People & Culture team in our Brisbane or Maroochydore offices.
In this role, you’ll partner with property leaders across our Australasia portfolio to deliver operational business support and strategic HR initiatives. You’ll leverage your leadership capabilities to mentor teams, ensure compliance, and lead projects that boost engagement and performance, driving Minor Hotels’ growth.
