About your role
As a People & Culture Business Partner at Cbus, you’ll report to our very people focussed Chief People Officer and join our BP team in this newly created role. You’ll provide sound advice and guidance to our people leaders, on a range of people matters including organisational design, performance management, employee relations, leadership, and talent development, coaching and remuneration.
You’ll take ownership of a number of key business units partnering closely with its executive leader, build effective partnerships with all levels of leadership as you work to influence people decisions. You’ll work closely and collaborate with the broader P&C team and our centres of excellence to support the delivery of our Fund-wide P&C Strategy. You’ll leverage people metrics, survey data and other insights to help drive employee engagement and experience across your client groups.
Crucial to your success in this role is your ability to contribute to a range of people matters, both reactive and strategic, with tenacity and enthusiasm. This will come from your broad generalist experience as a trusted people partner, within a similar financial service, corporate or professional services environment. Your experience will span across the employee life cycle and include exposure to Enterprise Bargaining Agreements, performance management and OD and remuneration reviews.
Personally, you have well developed interpersonal and influencing skills, are able to communicate to a range of stakeholder groups and have a strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance business needs against our P&C frameworks. You operate with a high level of emotional intelligence and collaboration, are comfortable supporting change with a natural ability to build and retain relationships with key stakeholders.
