So, what’s the role?

The P&C Coordinator plays a critical role to simplify, automate, and enable self-service to empower our people and leaders. Typically, in this role you will:

  • Provide advice, coaching and guidance to leaders and team members on people policy, process, and system.
  • Triage and escalate complex people advice and support.
  • Coordinate the people lifecycle from offer and onboarding through to offboarding.
  • Support the implementation of the strategic and operational initiatives as part of the people strategy.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives (policy, process, systems, reporting) to improve the experience for our People at Bank First.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a HR Services role in a fast-paced environment, with a process and technology focus.
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, commerce, related discipline, or equivalent comparable work experience.
  • An understanding of the fair work act, modern awards and employment contracts is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Previous project coordination and exposure to HRIS implementation beneficial.
