The People and Operations Coordinator will work closely with Sparro’s Senior Leadership and People and Operations teams to provide support for operational processes, HR initiatives and business administration.
The Coordinator will have a huge amount of exposure across all facets of the business, with significant scope to grow into a role focused on project management, business administration, people support or new business.
It’s an exciting time to join Sparro. We’ve recently been acquired by global independent agency Brainlabs and there’s a huge opportunity to leverage Brainlabs’ systems in our own operations.

The People & Operations Coordinator will work closely with Senior Leadership Team and be able to learn and grow as part of the team through on the job mentoring and support from the team and other senior leaders within the business.
Through our in-house training and support, we also look beyond our company to aid our staff’s professional development, with access and encouragement to attend industry events, workshops and paid external courses.
