The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with recruitment experience who is looking to broaden their skills and build their career within a supportive People Services team. With a strong focus on high-volume recruitment and onboarding of casual employees, you'll work closely with hiring managers to attract, recruit and onboard talented people who share KU's commitment to delivering quality outcomes for children and families.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working for a purpose-driven organisation, enjoys building strong relationships, has excellent organisational and communication skills, and thrives as part of a collaborative team.
You will bring a solid foundation of experience, ideally gained within an in-house recruitment environment, and most importantly, you’ll be eager to continue developing your skills as part of a team committed to delivering exceptional service.
The role is a full time, fixed term position starting as soon as possible for 12 months. You will work 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday and will enjoy a monthly rostered day off.
Responsibilities
Previous experience in Early Childhood Education is beneficial, however not essential.
