What You'll Do
•    Support annual performance and development processes
•    Assist with remuneration reviews and incentive programs
•    Conduct job evaluation and job levelling activities
•    Provide reward and remuneration advice to stakeholders
•    Support gender pay equity analysis and reporting
•    Coordinate salary survey submissions and market benchmarking
•    Analyse remuneration and performance data
•    Develop communications for reward initiatives across the business 

What You'll Bring
•    Experience in HR, People & Culture or remuneration
•    Strong analytical and Excel skills
•    Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
•    Ability to work with confidential information
•    Exposure to job evaluation and market remuneration data
•    Experience with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors
•    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
•    A continuous improvement mindset and eagerness to learn
