Job Description - Performance and Talent Acquisition Manager

We are currently hiring a Performance and Talent Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for team initiatives and outcomes in our APAC region. You will lead on all internal recruitment and talent attraction activity, from job role advertising through to shortlisting, assessment, job offer and induction. With a focus on the creation and management of a pipeline of talent, allowing for the future growth of the team. You will have extensive expertise in the recruitment sector and a proven background in talent acquisition, and learning & development/coaching, with a track record of driving substantial improvements in learner understanding, knowledge and performance.

Responsibilities :

· Understand and remain up to date on recruitment industry trends and learning and development best practice.

· Adhere to Opus TS ways of working and internal processes, to ensure that training materials, delivery methods and analysis/reporting is consistent and fit for purpose.

· Deliver professional, engaging and impactful learning, training and coaching.

· Set clear learning outcomes and pathways to competence in our technical induction and responsive training workshops/initiatives.

· Leverage business reports, internal insights and data points to identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement on both a group and individual level.

· Collate, analyse and report performance data, before and after interventions in order to demonstrate impact

· Enable talent attraction, by operating confidently and competently across the entire recruitment life cycle.

· Use data, observations and insights to identify emerging needs and develop training and or coaching activity that responds to and addresses those needs.

· Provide tailored 1-2-1 coaching for trainees, and where required, consultants of varying levels, from underperforming employees to high potentials.

· Play an active role in the identification of trends and patterns from business and coaching data in order to inform strategic considerations for current and future development across our sales population.

· Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and ensure the sustainability of learning and optimize the path to productivity for all consultants.

· Where required (e.g., to cover leave or when the business requires support), temporarily step-up to cover Performance Coach Lead duties and responsibilities, i.e. create, inform & co-ordinate team members on L&D initiatives and objectives.

Requirements

· Extensive experience in 360 recruitment, demonstrating a deep understanding of both Contract and Perm recruitment roles and lifecycles.

· Proven ability to employ sales principles and techniques to significantly enhance the performance and skill level of recruitment consultants.

· A demonstrable knowledge and execution of training, coaching, and mentoring methodologies.

· Impeccable professionalism and integrity, committed to ethical coaching practices.

· The ability to inspire, motivate, and develop individuals and teams to achieve peak performance.

· Strong analytical capabilities, adept at interpreting performance data, providing actionable insights, and driving evidence-based decisions.

· An L&D Qualification (e.g., CIPD, ILM) or equivalent formal experience in an L&D role is preferred.

· Certified coaching accreditation (e.g., EMCC, ICF, ILM or equivalent) is desirable.

· Experience in the creation and delivery of management training programmes and developing management capability in a sales environment is highly advantageous.
