Performance Monitoring Specialist

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver performance insights that genuinely shape decisions.

What you’ll do:

• Analyse performance measures across operational, financial, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Deliver accurate, timely operational and performance reporting to stakeholders
• Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to lift performance and quality outcomes
• Support KPI design, PMO-style reporting rhythms, and performance measurement improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and interpret data
• Present clear reporting narratives, including insights and practical recommendations
• Contribute to decisions that impact multiple teams and functions
• Support capability uplift through sharing best practice and mentoring where needed

• Current NV1 security clearance (required)
• Experience in performance reporting, KPI design, and PMO-style reporting cadence
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and actions
• Confident communicator who can present reporting clearly to varied stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across teams
