About the Role
This 12-month contract role sits within Claims and Product, Performance & Insights Performance, supporting the Consumer Transformation program. You will provide focused support across performance, governance, and capability uplift. Working closely with stakeholders, you will ensure the right tools and frameworks are in place to deliver outcomes. The role contributes directly to transformation goals through structured benefit tracking and performance insights.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver performance insights using Data Reporting & Analytics tools to inform decision-making and improve outcomes across claims programs
• Partner with business leaders to embed governance frameworks that support consistent and measurable performance uplift
• Support the delivery of transformation initiatives by aligning activities to program goals and tracking benefit realisation
• Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, then translate insights into clear actions
• Contribute to capability uplift by supporting teams with tools, frameworks, and structured performance approaches

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in performance analysis or business partnering within claims, insurance, or transformation environments
• Strong capability in using data and reporting tools to generate meaningful insights that drive business outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to apply governance and frameworks to improve consistency and accountability
• Experience supporting large transformation programs with a focus on benefits tracking and delivery
• Confidence working with stakeholders to influence outcomes through clear, evidence-based insights
