PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: As a part of your role, you will design and document performance test scenarios for the program.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Apply Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles for the analysis, preparation, and execution of performance test scripts.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in analysing performance test results and logs and writing reports based on the results.
- Perform Web services/xml services testing.
- Experience in developing and executing data driven test performance/automation scripts for integrated systems developed preferably using Agile methodologies.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in REST Services and Performance Monitoring tools.
- Experience of non-functional testing with integrated systems.
- Reporting to the Test Assurance Manager, must be able to build and maintain effective working relationship with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience writing non-functional requirement test plans, cases, and reports.
- Work alongside the development team to ensure that the performance of reporting and dashboards solutions are tested as per the business requirements.
- Experience in Network testing desirable.
- Work alongside with the different vendors during the program.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: - ISTQB Certification in Software testing
- Minimum 5+ years of performance and non-functional requirements testing experience.
- Demonstrated Script Development experience in any of the following:
- Web (HTTP/HTML)
- Web Services (SoapUI)
- SAP
- Siebel
- .Net
- Experience with document reviews and requirements traceability.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability in management of documentation and records management to support all non-functional testing.
- Experience with Agile Software Development.
- Strong experience using tools such as Azure DevOps for test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Demonstrated experience (5+years) in HP product suite including:
- HP Performance Centre.
- HP SiteScope.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective and diverse strategic working partnerships, including with senior stakeholders, through collaboration, engagement, responsiveness, and influence.
- Advanced analytical skills. Take an innovative and holistic approach to service design and delivery for improved outcomes.
