Job Description:

Experience

·       Demonstrated
expertise in Performance Engineering, with an innovative and solution -oriented
mindset.

·       Experience in
Chaos Engineering practices.

·       Strong
experience in LoadRunner scripting and testing across MQ, APIs, and complex
architectures involving multi -cloud and on -premises systems.

·       Exposure to Big
Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) is advantage

·       Hands -on
experience with Azure PaaS/SaaS services such as Data Factory, Synapse, and Databricks.

·       Proven ability
to lead end -to -end performance testing engagements.

·       Experience in
project estimation and resource management.

·       Innovative
thinking, with exposure to AI capabilities considered an advantage.

·       Experience in
non -functional requirements gathering and driving

·       Experience in
Test plan and test closure reports

·       Experience in
performance tuning and recommendations

Technical Skills

·       Proficiency
with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.

·       Strong scripting
capability in Python, Java, or Groovy for test automation.

·       Deep
understanding of database tuning and distributed computing systems.

·       Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines and integration of performance testing within them.

·       Experience with
monitoring and observability tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Azure Monitor,
Dynatrace, etc.

Soft Skills

·       Strong
analytical and problem -solving abilities.

·       Effective
leadership and team collaboration skills.

·       Excellent
stakeholder management capabilities, with flexibility in working hours.

·       Experience
working in both onshore and offshore delivery models.

·       Strong
communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and
non -technical audiences.
