Qualifications & experience

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, fittings, and travel arrangements.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Coordinate and manage special projects related to tailoring and client services.
• Conduct research and compile data for executive decision-making.
• Serve as a liaison between the executive team and clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
