To be considered for this role you should have the following attributes:

• Previous PA experience for a large organisation
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Office 365/ Excel and Powerpoint
• Experience in project and event management 

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Executive administrative tasks
• Manage social media posts on various social Networks
• Dairy management/travel Coordination
• Event management
• Liaising with high level clientele
• Preparation of professional standard reports

Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is a true partnership driving their vision and company strategy. You will be involved in the day to day running of the business and will be given enormous responsibility from the moment you start in this position.
