Job Description - Personal Assistant - Dynamic Team

We are in need of a reliable Personal Assistant to join our all-star team at Australia Wide Office Staffing in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane QLD.

The Company:
Focuses on HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical services, fire protection and multi-service installations.

The Role:
You will provide a high level of administrative support to the General Manager while overseeing the office and projects administration team and the day-to-day functions of the office environment.  Duties include:
  • Coordinating and maintaining the diary of the General Manager  including organising of all appointments (internal and external), meetings, travel etc
  • Preparing reports, presentations and follow-up inward and outward requests for information
  • Scheduling team meetings, preparing agenda and draft minutes
  • Receiving, reviewing and prioritising all correspondence for the General Manager
  • Preparing and editing presentations
  • Sorting documentation and mail and distributing to staff and departments accordingly
  • Assisting staff with room bookings, and setup as required.
  • Assisting with Company event coordination and organising catering for meetings and events as required
  • Printing drawings and documentation as requested
  • Adhoc tasks as required
The Person:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced P.A./Administrator to join an organisation that values their staff and provides a highly professional, positive and reputable environment.
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in Office Administration is a must
  • Advanced computer skills – proficient with Microsoft Office
  • A general understanding of the Building Services Industry will be highly regarded
  • Exceptional time management skills – ability to work to deadlines
  • An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
You must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa to be eligible to apply for this position.
