Are you looking for your next exciting and rewarding challenge?

Your daily procedures will require supporting our Property and Development Executive, with high level file management, record keeping, diary management, communication with other members of our staff including liaison and coordination with senior staff, external stakeholders and our Project Team.

The role will require a highly skilled operator capable of assisting a highly motivated, busy and productive Executive by making his day more organised and conducive to better informed decision making

We seek someone who is.

  • Well organised with a high attention to detail including diary, phone calls, emails, file management and detailed minute taking
  • Provide quality and timely administrative support through time managed hours and production of accurate, relevant and informative material 
  • Proactive and capable of anticipating necessary actions to support the workflow, including setting reminders and prompts to action tasks.
  • Provide agenda and material for reading and preparation for meetings in a pro-active and timely manner
  • Ability to meet tight time lines 
  • Ability to produce high quality and detailed word and excel documents including the ability to codify data into relevant, usable information

Essential to the Role

  • Resilient, respectful and takes exceptional initiative
  • Capable of working in a busy and demanding environment with excellent time management skills
  • Wide network base across tourism, property and hospitality
  • Experience in managing staff
  • High level Word and Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
