About the Role

My client is a leading real estate agency that is part of a wider, highly successful group who are firmly focused on supporting the community and providing expert advice to buyers and sellers. They are looking for a Relationship Manager to join their team to play an integral role in maintaining and nurturing client connections while contributing to the operational success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain the database to ensure accuracy of client information
• Manage the open homes schedule and events
• Coordinate professional photographers
• Attend building and pest inspections
• Conduct follow up calls with buyers
• Manage social media channels to enhance engagement
• Assist with ad hoc administration tasks as required

About You

You are an experienced real estate professional who understands the relationship between client satisfaction and business success. You are a strong communicator who can easily build rapport and trust with clients, and have the organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines successfully and to a high standard.

You will have:

• A minimum of 1-2 years real estate experience
• Current Real Estate certificate of registration
• Outstanding verbal and written communication
• Polished and professional presentation
• Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
• An understanding of social media marketing across multiple platforms
• A solid work ethic with a desire to grow and develop with the business
