Personal Assistant to Deputy Principals - Students and Learning & Teaching - Positive Work Culture

Whitefriars College is a Catholic boys school in the Carmelite tradition. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Personal Assistant to support both our Deputy Principal - Students and Deputy Principal - Learning & Teaching. 

The Personal Assistant to the Deputy Principals is appointed by the Principal and is accountable to the Deputy Principal – Learning and Teaching and the Deputy Principal – Students, in cooperation with the Administration Manager.

The Personal Assistant to the Deputy Principals work as part of the Administration team assisting the smooth and efficient management of the College. They support the Deputy Principals in managing the leadership responsibilities and commitments of their roles. They are required to perform varied tasks which will involve discretion, confidentiality and initiative. The Personal Assistant to the Deputy Principals will also be required to manage projects aligned with the College’s Strategic Plan. They provide effective liaison between the Deputy Principals, College staff and the wider community.

The position requires a high level of competency in a wide range of areas including general administration, customer service and a strong empathy with Catholic education.  

This is a full time, ongoing position to commence as soon as possible.
This position is to work Monday - Friday 8.00am-4.30pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
