The role and what you will be doing

We are currently seeking the services of a professional Personal Assistant to provide support to the Managing Director of Connect Support Group.

The duties involved include:

  • Providing efficient, professional delivery of administrative, secretarial and business support to the Managing Director.
  • Managing a busy calendar with conflicting requests, whilst maintaining accuracy and capturing requirements for meetings, appointments and other engagements.
  • Assisting with the preparation and handling of documents where required.
  • Work with the Managing Director to complete projects for the business where required.
  • Other ad hoc tasks throughout the work day, including but not limited to, providing transport to and from appointments, organizing catering and communicating with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director.

What makes you stand out

You will be a flexible individual, willing to take on whatever tasks may come your way. You will take ownership of and prioritize multiple tasks, and be able to effectively work with all staff in the business and be a team player. You will have sound skills in the Microsoft Office suite and the use of email, be approachable, and enjoy working in a busy office environment where things are always happening! Ability to speak Cantonese would be advantageous but is not essential.
